Project Development 

ZPKF offers know-how and support in the conceptual development, acquisition and realisation of projects at the cross section of politics, culture and research. Depending on the demand, the ZPKF team addresses the following tasks:

• Preparatory research and proposal development: ZPKF contributes in developing ideas for projects, eliciting possible funding options and assisting in securing cooperative partners.

• Proposal submissions and project conception: ZPKF oversees all phases of the project application, executing detailed financial plans and time schedules and tackling administrative tasks.

• Practical guidance: ZPKF monitors projects through all the phases of the practical implementation.

This option appeals in particular to local associations, NGOs and other initiatives that do not yet possess a wealth of experience in the acquisition and management of projects, and are therefore reliant on the help and support of more experienced partners to carry out their projects.
