Education & Training

This area of work relates to the conceptual development and completion of projects pertaining to schooling, professional training and awareness raising activities in the fields of intercultural communication and cultural diversity. These services are especially offered to educational institutions, private companies and public administrations.

The ZPKF team educates stakeholders and responsible bodies and holds presentations and keynote speeches on current social and political developments, while also facilitating seminars and certification trainings. In this context, ZPKF places emphases on:

• Implementing seminars and symposia. The focus here is on awareness raising activities to reduce stereotypes, racism and xenophobic behaviours. 

• Advising organisations and companies on intercultural competence, anti-discrimination legislation and equal opportunities.

• Conceptualising, developing and executing international and Europe-wide youth exchange programmes to promote intercultural competence and foster common international learning strategies.

The training and schooling activities are designed and implemented in close cooperation with the management of the educational institutions or other commissioning parties.
