ZPKF (Centre for Politics, Culture and Research) is a politically independent organisation offering a variety of activities, ranging from research to evaluation activities. Political scientists, sociologists, geographers and ethnologists make up the team at ZPKF. The majority of staff members have accrued years of experience in their work at universities, research institutes, NGOs, and as political advocators or social workers. 

ZPKF aims at analysing social developments and at actively participating in decision making processes at the local, national and international levels, both by means of project work and research. Our approach includes research and public relations activities as well as hands-on praxis oriented projects. This contributes to the interpenetration of an “expert perspective” and the various manifestations of social problems in everyday life. The focus of our interest and activities addresses problems related to migration, integration and cultural diversity as well as to urban development, education and sustainable development.
